Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Mintu Automobiles, we focus on providing timely and reliable automobile services. While we do not offer traditional shipping services, this Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we handle vehicle pick-up and drop-off, parts procurement, and customer delivery commitments.


1. Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off

  • We currently offer vehicle pick-up and/or drop-off services within Siliguri and select nearby areas.

  • This service is available on request and may carry an additional charge based on distance and vehicle type.

  • Pick-up and delivery timings are mutually agreed upon during booking and are subject to staff availability.

Note: Customers are requested to remove all personal belongings before handover. Mintu Automobiles is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.


2. Estimated Delivery Timeline for Services

  • Each service has an estimated completion timeline which will be communicated during vehicle drop-off or booking.

  • Standard timelines:

    • Minor repairs/denting: 1–2 business days

    • Panel painting: 2–4 business days

    • Full-body restoration or repainting: 7–15 business days

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Part availability

    • Extended damage not visible during initial inspection

    • Weather conditions affecting paint curing

We will keep you informed of any delay and provide revised delivery dates in advance.


3. Spare Parts Delivery

  • Any genuine spare parts required during the service process are sourced directly through our trusted supplier network.

  • Delivery of parts from suppliers usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on brand and availability.

  • In rare cases of delay or part unavailability, we will promptly inform you and suggest alternatives (if available).


4. Urgent or Express Service

  • Urgent delivery or same-day services may be available for select minor jobs. Additional charges may apply.

  • This must be pre-approved at the time of booking and depends on current workshop capacity.


5. Customer Collection and Storage

  • Once your service is complete, we request you to collect the vehicle within 3 business days.

  • Beyond this window, a storage fee per day may be charged, unless prior arrangements have been made.


6. Third-Party Logistics or Towing

  • If a towing vehicle or third-party transport service is required to bring your vehicle to our workshop, we can help arrange this through partners.

  • Charges and liabilities for such transport lie with the towing service provider.
