Welcome to Mintu Automobiles. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or availing any of our services.
1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Mintu Automobiles, you authorize us to inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs or maintenance on your vehicle as per the agreed scope.

All repairs will be carried out using standard automotive practices and quality parts, unless specified otherwise.
2. Estimates and Pricing

All price estimates are based on preliminary inspection and may vary after a complete diagnosis.

Final billing may include parts, labor, paint, materials, taxes, and any additional service charges if approved by the customer.

Prices are subject to change based on market rates and vehicle condition.
3. Service Time and Delays

We strive to deliver all vehicles within the estimated time; however, unforeseen delays due to part availability, labor, or complexity may occur.

Mintu Automobiles is not liable for delays caused by external vendors or supply chain issues.
4. Vehicle Pickup and Delivery

Customers must collect their vehicle within 3 days of completion. After this period, a daily storage fee may be applicable.

Test drives may be conducted by our team to ensure service quality. You consent to this upon handing over the vehicle.
5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released unless agreed in writing.

We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and digital payments. Cheques are accepted at our discretion.

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Warranty

Most services come with a limited warranty on workmanship for [X] days from the date of delivery (e.g., 15 or 30 days).

Warranty does not apply to:

Electrical faults not disclosed during the job card.

Damages due to misuse, accidents, or negligence after delivery.

Parts provided by the customer or used parts.

Paint jobs may carry a separate finish warranty, depending on the package.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before handing it over. We are not responsible for loss of personal items.

Disclose known issues or previous repairs to avoid miscommunication.

Cooperate in approving estimates and responding to communication during the service process.
8. Photographs and Marketing

By availing our services, you grant Mintu Automobiles permission to capture before-and-after photographs of your vehicle for documentation and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, portfolios), unless you opt out in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your vehicle, Mintu Automobiles is not responsible for:

Pre-existing issues or hidden damages.

Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, theft, etc.)

Customer-supplied parts or accessories.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution.

Any unresolved matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
11. Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will be available at our garage and on our website.
